Kanti Shah spills more beans on his recently announced film exclusively to 9xe.com

King Kanti Shah is getting ready to go to West Bengal's capital. "We
have a 3-day shoot of my film Sheena Murder Case in Kolkata. My
Sidhartha Das too lives there," he tells 9xe.com rather excitedly.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Why make a film on Sheena murder case? Are you devoid of original story ideas?
Why NOT make a film on Sheena murder case? In fact, before this case broke out, I had shot a large part of a plot which I could twist it to focus on Indrani Mukerjea and Sheena. So, I did it. One of my most successful film Sheila Ki Jawani was also based on a real case. Today, the nation's talking point is Indrani Mukerjea. Why shouldn't I fan that?
Don't tell me you'll call her Indrani Mukerjea in the film?
She'll go by the name Indrani Banerjee.
And the rest of them?
Sidhartha Das (allegedly Indrani's first husband) will be Das Babu, Sanjeev Khanna (second husband) will be called Sanjeev Kumar, and Peter Mukerjea (third husband) will carry the name Peter Pereira. Sheena, like in her real life, will not have a surname.
Who plays Indrani and Sheena?
Indrani will be played by Sapna, who did some very bold scenes in my film MMS Kaand. And Rinku who is a debutante will essay Sheena's character. I know both these girls very well. I want to complete the film in two months.
How will you end your film because the court verdict is still a long way off?
I am ending it simply as: Indrani proved guilty. The case is pretty clear at this stage.
How would you put your stamp on the motive of murder?
The motive is clear by now. It's a crime of money. Indrani kept marrying different men, including Peter, to go up in life.
What if Peter objects to your celluloid version of him and his family?
Mera kaam hai picture banana aur main picture banaunga.
